Midland Development Services, LLC offers a wide array of services in the land development process.  Our services include residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed use projects in Union County and Central Ohio.  We assist our clients in every phase of development, from inception to fruition, including site selection and planning, contract negotiations, due diligence, land planning, government approvals and permitting, zoning approval, and funding.  Midland Development Services, LLC facilitates relationships between: landowners, developers and builders; developers and investors and lenders; and government and private entities with those landowners, developers, builders, investors and lenders.
